Duties
- Greet patients warmly, providing a professional first impression of the organization.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Maintain and organize calendars for appointments, meetings, and events to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the system.
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and office management tasks.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, communication, and collaboration with team members.
- Support medical receptionist duties if applicable, including managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role; prior experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in calendar management and familiarity with phone systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective office management.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for daily tasks.
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and visitors.
