LiveCo is looking for a General Accountant to support our growing finance team! This role is responsible for general ledger settlement accounting, accounts receivable/payable, financial record maintenance, and monthly reporting. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Process general ledger (GL) settlements, journal entries, and invoices
✔️ Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
✔️ Perform weekly credit card expense reviews and reconciliations
✔️ Assist in month-end financial close and reporting processes
✔️ Reconcile balance sheets, fixed assets, accruals, and leases
✔️ Support audits, compliance, and ad-hoc financial projects
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2-4 years of accounting experience (GL, AP/AR, financial close)
✅ Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (NetSuite preferred)
✅ Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks
✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
