Swimming Pool Service Assistant Manager:
The Dispatcher’s primary duty is to establish and maintain the work schedules of the installers/service technicians. This position has a high level of interaction with customers and candidate must have terrific phone skills, ability to work with little supervision, and be driven to provide timely and exceptional customer service.
Job Duties:
- Submit Work Orders/Component Warranty Claims
- Ensure Pool Products/Services are delivered per schedule by service techs
- Record daily log of each job site visited with progress photos
- Delegate and track all duties for field laborers/service techs with aide of Service Manager
- Ensure job-site safety and codes are being met for all jobs and component installations
- Quote pricing for pool service estimates/installations and change orders w/provided sign off from customers (as needed)
- Load, unload product deliveries, pick up and deliver materials, if necessary
- Provide a weekly cycle count on Work Vehicle Part Inventory w/aide of service techs
- Creating/Closing Sales Orders, collect payments as per Invoices from customers through RB POS System
- Attend weekly company Service L10 meetings prepared to review progress with Leadership Team
- Communicate with customers on job progression, delays, weather changes, etc. (as needed)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must have excellent verbal and communication skills
- Must be able to take photos, use email, text and basic computer knowledge
- Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions (as needed)
- Work well under pressure especially when faced with unexpected delays and/or challenges
- Ability to effectively multitask and stay organized throughout each project
