Livestock Nutrition Center specializes in blending customized rations, supplements and premixes to meet the specific nutritional needs of Livestock Producer's operations. We understand that management, performance objectives and feeding practices can be vastly different between operations, and that these differences dictate specific nutritional or formulation requirements. Our experienced sales staff and nutritionist will work with the Producer to design a feeding program that is specific to their operation.

Qualifications
Position Summary
This position will be an integral part of the corporate team and required to be onsite 5 days a week. Individual will be responsible for supporting administrative functions that ensure accurate, efficient, and smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills as well a proficiency in typical administrative tasks.
Responsibilities

Closely interact with all levels of staff to complete assignments

Be confident in interactions and posses a positive, professional demeanor and work ethic

Oversee all administrative duties including answering phones, responding to emails, distributing mail, etc.

Maintain and track office and supply inventories ensuring adequate stock levels are kept

Complete leadership team expense reports and make travel arrangements as needed

Coordinate and schedule appointments for the management team including off-site meetings for multiple locations

Make trips to post office or delivery services to support office needs

Assist with light accounting tasks

Maintain office security and access but opening/closing the office each day

Oversee facility needs for maintenance and repairs by coordinating with the landlord

Build a positive environment for staff by planning events/office activities, developing team building ideas, creating an inviting office atmosphere, and motivating team members to participate

Other related tasks assigned by the AP Manager, Controller, or CFO
Qualifications and Skills

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Perform administrative tasks with a sense of urgency and excellent follow through

Strong time management skills and the ability to organize/coordinate multiple projects at once

Effective written and verbal communication skills

High level of accountability and self-motivation
