What You'll Do:
Cultivate & manage client relationships from first inquiry to project completion
Conduct virtual & in-home consultations to understand client needs & present tailored
solutions
Develop custom proposals & deliver compelling presentations
Follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to generate new business
Collaborate with the design & production teams to ensure project success
Use CRM & project management tools (Monday.com, MS Office) to track sales activities
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience in high-end residential construction, landscaping, luxury outdoor living, or a related field
Consultative sales mindset you're not just selling, you're guiding clients through premium
solutions
Strong organization & follow-up skills manage multiple projects at once
Ability to read & interpret design plans (experience with Vectorworks or similar software is a plus)
Familiarity with CRM & project management tools (Monday.com, MS Office, or similar preferred)
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation for client meetings
