As a Salesperson at Livewell Outdoors, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with homeowners to bring their outdoor visions to life. This is a consultative sales role that requires creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to guide clients through the design and build process. If you love connecting with people, understanding their needs, and presenting custom solutions, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate and manage client relationships from the first inquiry to project completion.
- Conduct virtual and in-home consultations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure project success.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to generate new business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Monday.com and other CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and competitive offerings.
- Proven sales experience in high-end residential construction, landscaping, outdoor living, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
- A consultative sales mindset, you're not just selling, you're helping clients make informed decisions.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans (experience with Vectorworks or other design software is a plus).
- Familiarity with Monday.com, MS Office Suite, or similar CRM and project management tools (preferred).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Full Time Position
- Base salary plus commissions. Potential to earn $100,000 - $150,000
