As a Site Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the successful completion of our outdoor construction projects. You'll oversee field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure every detail aligns with our high standards. This role is perfect for a problem solver and strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges, optimize workflows, and maintain top-tier quality.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee residential outdoor construction projects, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Lead teams on-site, assign tasks, and maintain productivity.
- Plan ahead to ensure materials, equipment, and labor are available when needed.
- Training field team members to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor workmanship and enforce high construction standards.
- Quickly address job site issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients, team members, and management.
- Utilize project management software (Monday.com, JobTread) to track progress, budgets, and scheduling.
- 5 or more years of experience in project management or site supervision in construction, landscaping, or outdoor living projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
- Hands-on experience in outdoor construction, including patios, decks, pools, and hardscaping.
- Proactive mindset, ability to anticipate project needs and streamline operations.
- Tech-savvy. Comfortable using Monday.com, JobTread, and Microsoft Office Suite (or willing to learn).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Industry knowledge. Familiarity with materials, construction techniques, and best practices.
- Full Time Position
- Competitive pay at $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience
