Location: On-site in Doylestown, PA
Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000 base salary, depending on experience, with incentive programs

We provide skilled and non-skilled home care services, supporting clients who wish to remain safely in their homes. Our Client Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating care services, supporting our field staff, and maintaining excellent customer service.Who We Are Looking ForWe’re seeking a motivated, organized, and client-focused individual who can schedule caregivers, nurses, and social workers, manage billing processes, and assist with recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can operate independently while working collaboratively with our support staff.What You’ll Do
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assign and schedule home health aides, nurses, and social workers based on client needs and availability.
- Billing & Insurance Management: Process billing for Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and private payors while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with HHAExchange and CMS Billing Procedures is required.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring and onboarding caregivers in partnership with our support staff.
- Client & Caregiver Support: Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, families, and caregivers.
- Local Travel: Visit clients and caregivers, open new cases, and provide field support. Travel is reimbursed per mile or a company vehicle is provided.
- Office & On-Call Support: Work closely with the administrative team and assist in managing the on-call team as needed.
What You Need to Succeed -
Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, client services, or office management.
- Knowledge of home care operations and billing for Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and private payors is required.
- Experience with HHAExchange and CMS Billing Procedures is required.
Skills & Qualities:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using scheduling software and electronic documentation systems.
