Position : Corporate Recruiter – Healthcare
Shift : Full-Time, In-Office (occasional travel to facilities & schools with travel compensation)
Key Skills : Task-oriented, detail-focused, confident communicator, adept at engaging phone calls
Core Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers to define healthcare recruitment needs
Manage candidate communications from application to onboarding
Conduct engaging phone, video, and in-person interviews
Organize hiring events and job fairs to attract top healthcare talent
Support diverse recruitment initiatives as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition
Experience : In-house recruiting preferred; full-cycle recruitment experience essential
Tools & Knowledge : Proficient communication, computer skills; willingness to follow up
