Responsibilities:
- Source and engage passive candidates through strategic marketing, advertising, and online recruitment tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive candidate experience characterized by engagement, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Coordinate and facilitate a seamless interview process, including candidate introductions, site visits, and relevant assessments.
- Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and alignment with company culture.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by fostering relationships with qualified professionals for future opportunities.
- Establish and strengthen connections with local colleges, technical schools, and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Participate in community outreach and recruitment events throughout the year.
- Support new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; minimum of an associate degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including manufacturing, engineering, administrative, sales, and executive positions.
- Proven success in identifying, targeting, and attracting top talent in competitive markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
