Senior Living Residences (SLR) is hiring an Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to support SLR’s dynamic Marketing & Sales Team in a variety of capacities, while also serving as Executive Assistant to SLR’s President & CEO.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator is a role that supports two crucial functions at SLR: The daily operations and responsibilities of our Marketing & Sales team, and the administrative needs of our company’s President & CEO. Ideal candidates are adaptable, self-motivated and see this role as an opportunity to support the inner workings of a growing company while learning about marketing and sales strategies and processes.
The role is based out of our Home Office in Braintree, MA, with some travel required throughout the Northeast.
Executive Assistant & Home Office Support:
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing materials and presentations, and arranging travel itineraries
Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members; Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Coordinating company-wide meetings and trainings, both virtual and in-person, including scheduling and communication, booking space and catering, preparing agendas and materials, coordinating speakers/trainers, navigating meeting equipment needs, and taking notes
Coordinating travel and lodging arrangements for Home Office staff
Marketing/Sales Support:
Administrative Assistant to Marketing Team, including answering Marketing/Sales calls, emails and inquiries, documenting media buying and invoice processing
Content Publishing, for community websites and marketing needs as well as family & associate communication
Coordinate the maintenance and optimization of our project management software system, and assist team members with training and best practices
Assist with creating presentations and reports, the development of marketing and sales materials and initiatives
PAY & BENEFITS:
Annual salary starting at $50K

REQUIREMENTS:
Successful candidates will enjoy working under pressure, thrive in a fast-pace setting
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Customer service experience, a plus
Strong technology skills required, with ability to learn software systems
Organized and dependable, with attention to detail
