Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and document data related to client behavior and progress.
- Assist in conducting diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies.
- Provide direct support to clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral health.
Skills
- Proficient understanding of medical terminology and its application in behavioral health settings.
