Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple store locations to perform maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with store teams to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with special projects and initiatives.
- Paint, remodel, and refurbish areas as needed.
- Maintain and repair all building systems and equipment.
- Replace HVAC filters as required.
- Provide on-call maintenance support for all facilities, 24/7.
- Maintain buildings by performing carpentry, painting, and other necessary tasks.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Conduct operations in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Meet productivity standards and adapt to changing priorities.
- Work varying shifts, including weekends, hours, and holidays.
