Global Investment Technology Team

  • Location : Downers Grove
  • Hybrid : 3 days in office - Y ou choose which days each week.
  • Compensation (base bonus) : $260k - 300k
  • Unlimited PTO

Responsibilities overview

  • Front Office Support including CLO Managers
  • Team Leadership of small, Agile team - Software engineers, BA, Scrum Master
  • Building and supporting private credit investment applications
  • Drive Digital Transformation : simplifying enterprise systems & architecture to include future system enhancements and process improvements
  • Strategic Alignment and Communication
  • Solution Design and Delivery
  • Architectural Oversight
  • Vendor and Partner Collaboration

    • Experience & Skills

  • 10 years leading technical teams
  • Global oversight experience is a plus
  • Investment Management experience is absolutely required ( Fixed income or Equity)
  • Portfolio Management Systems is a plus
  • Leadership : Proven ability to set direction, manage teams, and foster collaboration
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Communication : Strong skills in presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Global Experience : Ability to navigate and thrive in a multicultural, global environment
