```Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Support Specialist to join our Pooler, GA team. As our IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing inventory of techical products, maintaining company emails, keeping software updated, issuing and setting up cell phones, tablets, computers, printers, and providing software training to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment
- Manage inventory of tech products including but not limited to computers, printers, tablets, and cell phones.
- Maintain and troubleshoot company email accounts and servers.
- Ensure all software applications are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Issue and set up cell phones, tablets, computers, printers, and other necessary devices for employees.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees.
- Conduct software training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT-related needs and concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in IT to recommend improvements and enhancements to our systems.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Experience with inventory management and asset tracking software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
