Role:
Are you looking to make a real difference in your community while utilizing your administrative skills? Join our compassionate team at a community-based mental health clinic dedicated to supporting children and families. As a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized environment. Working closely with the Mental Health Program Director and Program Coordinator, you will handle a variety of essential tasks, including greeting clients, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Your role will extend beyond front desk duties to include maintaining confidential client records, assisting with billing documentation, and managing referrals. You'll also provide administrative support through filing, typing, transcribing, and helping prepare materials for board meetings and HR tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:
One year of office clerical experience.
Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
