Starting Salary:
Case Manager I: $49,618.37- $57,052.36 annual salary based on experience.
Case Manager II: $56,040.97- $64,134.51 annual salary based on experience.
Case Manager III: $58,519.71 - $67,287.31 annual salary based on experience.

Role:
Staff in the Intensive Treatment Court and Community Independence Programs are licensed case managers who provide assessment of adults for their behavioral health and/or substance needs, identify goals, develop person-centered plans for treatment, and link and coordinate with needed community resources. Services are provided in both the office and community. Case manager will also work as part of specialty Intensive Treatment Court Team to support people with serious mental illness and legal involvement. Case manager must function well as part of a collaborative team and have good knowledge of community resources. Our staff utilize evidence-based practices for our treatment services. Case manager may lead Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) group. Our case managers work under the supervision of the Mental Health Program Director and Program Coordinator.

Job Specific Requirements:
Case managers must have experience treating adults with serious mental health needs and possibly with substance use needs too. Case managers must effectively work within a multi-disciplinary specialty court team to affect consumers' ability to achieve both treatment and legal goals. Experience with MRT is desirable. Some evening hours may be required. A valid MI driver's license is required.
Qualifications, and Experience:
Case Manager III - Master's degree with Michigan licensure, either LMSW, LLP or LPC.
Case Manager II - Master's degree with Michigan licensure, either LLMSW, TLLP, LLPC and the ability to obtain full licensure within 2 years of hire. Promotion to Case Manager III upon receipt of full license.
Case Manager I: Bachelor's degree in human services related field OR bachelor's degree in social work. If degree in social work, licensure as LBSW or LLBSW required. If licensed at LLBSW level, individual must obtain full LBSW within two years of hire.
