Role Summary:
The Information Technology (IT) Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and implementing strategic and operational goals within the IT department, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. This position is responsible for maintaining standards for technology infrastructure, overseeing the IT team, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. In addition to managing IT operations, this role requires software development experience. The IT Manager will be responsible for writing and maintaining code for the company’s intranet site, which is built on Drupal, a free, open-source content management system (CMS) and web application framework. The IT manager focuses on implementing innovative solutions, optimizing systems and processes, and enhancing cybersecurity measures. Additionally, they foster a culture of collaboration, reinforce company values, and drive initiatives to leverage technology for business growth and efficiency.

- Translate the organizational vision into achievable steps and systems that accomplish the desired results.
- Analyze IT operations and report progress to executive leadership.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
