As a Front Desk Manager of a luxury residential building for LIVunLtd you are expected to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, while also delivering a high level of customer service. You will work with a team of front desk associates to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, enabling LIVunLtd to provide the highest level of customer service to building residents and guests..

As a Front Desk Manager, you are responsible for greeting residents as well as controlling the entry access for the building, checking in and out of packages, and answering inquiries and requests made via phone, emails and/or in person. You must have a positive attitude and be dedicated to making each and every resident's experience as enjoyable as possible.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the building lobby front desk.
  • Ensure compliance with safety/emergency/incident/accident protocols.
  • Uphold building policies for entry access.
  • Process deliveries and checking in and out of packages in accordance with building policies..
  • Interview, hire and train a team of front desk associates.
  • Be responsible for staff scheduling, payroll, timeliness and performance.
  • Maintain effective communication with residents, supervisors, building management and ownership in order to keep them apprised of club operational needs, happenings, and occurrences.
  • Effectively manage daily aspects of the staff members to ensure tasks are completed. Holding the team accountable for their performance.
  • Report challenges and arising issues to property management, such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, painting, hazards, etc.
  • Promptly answer phone calls, requests, and questions, and respond to resident inquiries in a timely manner, with accurate and thorough information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information.
  • Provide business services such as making photocopies, sending faxes, electronic scanning, etc.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have experience managing a team and having held a position requiring front facing hospitality engagement.
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively – ability to communicate in multiple languages is an additional asset.
  • Must be willing to get CPR/First Aid/AED Certified
  • Must have basic knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood and a razor sharp sense of hospitality.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Maintains the ability to multitask, be a team player, be trustworthy and a fast learner.
  • Flexibility to work during days, nights and / or weekends.
  • Must be proficient with G Suite, Word, and Excel.

COMPENSATION

The Front Desk Manager position with LIVunLtd offers $55,000 - $60,000 per annum.
