Our services are retained by residential buildings, commercial buildings, corporate offices, hotels, spas, municipal recreation centers, campuses and even waterparks.
We are looking for a Service Department Manager to lead our service support and scheduling departments. This person is responsible for leading a team responsible for scheduling service technicians, providing quotes, managing warranties & inventory procurement, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the fitness industry.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and support the service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Training & Development : Develop and oversee training programs for our Service Support & Scheduling team to master cross-functional skillsets.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze service department metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Customer Service : Ensure best-in class customer service practices by working with the Service Team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling & Dispatch : Oversee the coordination and scheduling of service technicians, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
- Warranty Management : Oversee warranty claims and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Quotation Preparation : Prepare and manage service quotes for clients, providing clear and accurate pricing information.
- Inventory Management : Oversee inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for service needs.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure all service activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

LOCATION
The Service Department Manager role is a 5-days a week (Monday-Friday) onsite position located out of LIVunLtd's office in Huntersville, NC.
