Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to operate various software applications for administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized front desk operations, including managing appointment schedules and invoicing.
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide support as needed to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Perform Opening/closing duties daily.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; abilities are highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
