Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team as an Independent Contractor. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will earn a $ per case commission sold wholesale to retailers.
Responsibilities
Field Sales Representatives play a role in expanding our network of retail accounts and driving growth in existing accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Increasing distribution of our partner beer and beverage products by securing new, strategic on and off-premise accounts.
- Managing relationships with existing retail accounts to drive volume, monitor pricing, and ensure proper product merchandising in collaboration with our merchant partners.
- Conducting weekly visits to retail locations for prospecting, selling, and managing all field sales marketing material.
- Developing and improving account velocity through building displays, and educating retail employees.
- Keeping a vigilant eye on market and competitor trends, and providing strategic feedback to enhance our ability to meet customer needs.

Experience:
- Outside sales working with Independent retail stores that have a beer and/or liquor license: 1 year (Recommended but not Required)
- Can lift up to 45 lbs
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred but not required
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)

Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
