Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales.
- Visit job sites to assess client needs, gather technical data, and provide recommendations for HVAC solutions.
- Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates and proposals for HVAC installations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HVAC products and services.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to estimate costs and materials.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and customers to finalize project details.
- Stay up to date on HVAC industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years min HVAC sales/estimation experience.
- 5 years HVAC knowledge.
- HVAC sales/service generation.
- Ability to read and provide accurate estimates from blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Work Mon -Fri 8am-4:30pm.
