Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales.
- Assess client needs, gather technical data, and provide recommendations for HVAC solutions at job sites.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for HVAC installations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HVAC products and services.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to estimate costs and materials.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and customers to finalize project details.
- Stay up-to-date on HVAC industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales/estimation.
- 5 years of HVAC knowledge.
- HVAC sales/service generation experience.
- Ability to read and provide accurate estimates from blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm work schedule.
