General Responsibilities:
- Manage the schedule and appointments for the IT Operations Manager
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails
- Assist with IT budgeting and financial planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including IT department reports, inventory, and asset management.
- Provide administrative support for IT projects and initiatives, including budgeting and planning.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as ordering supplies, arranging IT equipment and software, and providing general office support.
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
- At least 3 years of administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and identifying urgency
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities and needs
