LJP Waste Solutions is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. Candidate must be enthusiastic about working directly with teams across locations.
Outcomes:
Gather and track all customer, vendor, and operational data through simple and repeatable processes with a reliance on technology to automate reporting within three months of hire.
Develop and implement standard practices for data reporting across business units. Expectation is each business unit will receive a technology driven daily, weekly, and monthly score card within three months of hire.
Use AI to simplify repeatable and tribal knowledge processes across the company constantly challenging the status quo to improve.

Communication: Excellent verbal and people skills to productively interact with team members across locations. Managers and co-workers are the clients.
Problem Solving: Strong drive to learn current systems, customer cycles, operational processes, and to apply that knowledge to producing long-term repeatable improvements.
Data Management: Proven history of ability to rip, manipulate and simplify data from multiple different sources. No Text or CSV file is too scary!
AI and Technology: Knowledge of technology and AI systems to implement technology to eliminate unnecessary operations.
Time Focused: Ability to deliver accurate results on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate data integrity across locations including customer, operations, financial, and vendor data.
Improves current metrics reporting to simplify process and tie core data together.
Key member of ERP implementation on future power user of system.
Leads implementation of new systems for cash collections, payables, and maintenance.
Assists operations with data management for improved routing and plant data collection.
Coordinates with managers on metrics reporting.
Coordinates with executive team on additional special projects that arise.
