The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking customer calls, scheduling service requests, and creating and dispatching work orders. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and accurate service. The representative also assists with walk-ins from other hauling companies and the general public, and performs general office tasks including data entry and email correspondence. This position is essential to maintaining the high level of customer care that Buckingham Companies is known for.
