Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads - Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues - Maintain customer records and update information as needed Skills: - Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (multilingual) - Strong ability to upsell products and services - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required - Sales experience is a plus We offer competitive pay and benefits packages for our Customer Service Representatives.
