Lincoln Land Community College is seeking qualified, part-time, non-benefited contract instructors and facilitators to develop and provide customized training to clients.These instructors will be responsible for: Participating in needs assessment meetings with LLCC staff and clients to determine training requirements.Developing curriculum and recommending textbooks or resources for non-credit, customized workshops or courses.Delivering engaging instruction to individuals in a classroom and/or online setting.Accurately tracking attendance, evaluations, and other required documentation.Providing constructive feedback to students and reporting outcomes to LLCC administration. Adhering to LLCC department and college policies and procedures.Pay for this position will vary based on experience and subject expertise. Work schedule will vary depending on client needs but will not exceed 27 hours per week.The Paid Leave for All Workers Act allows part-time employees to earn 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked.
