LLCC's Property Control Technician is under general supervision, responsible for property control at the college including the Regional Educational Service Areas. They will be responsible for the development, coordination, and maintenance of the comprehensive college wide inventory system for movable equipment, furniture, supplies and other assets. They will also maintain the schedule and maintenance of the college's fleet of vehicles.As a facilities member at LLCC, you can look forward to 13 paid holidays a year and 2 personal days, 15 sick days, and starting with 10 vacation days per year.
