Role and Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Growth:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to position Lloyd Construction as a leader in the market.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning services with their needs.
Proposal and Presentation Management:
- Prepare compelling proposals and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for prospective projects.
Market Intelligence and Networking:
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Represent Lloyd Construction at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
CRM and Workflow Management:
- Design and maintain a CRM database, including workflows, data integration.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Partner with project management and operational teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Contribute to internal strategy discussions and provide insights to guide business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction industry.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, terminology, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of generating and closing significant business deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license, working vehicle and proof of insurance.
- The selected candidate must successfully complete a drug screening.
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
