Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves working with various machinery and equipment while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures.
3rd Shift Operations are Sunday night- Thursday Morning (4X10 hour shifts) 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Duties
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as required.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Document production data, including output, downtime, and any incidents that occur during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems, electrical components, or automation technology is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
