The Loss Prevention Associate will maintain the brand image and equity of the business by representing the company image correctly. This position may include other duties as assigned.Qualifications : Strong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organization and clerical skillsFlexibility in schedule and ability to work weekendsMinimum of 1 year of LP experienceSense of responsibilityActively participate in team Loss Prevention programs to reduce inventory shortage and profit loss.Educate the store team on Loss Prevention Programs.Explain and demonstrate measures to prevent losses.Inspect, review, and audit key areas as outlined in Merchandise Standards and Store Audit Program.Conduct internal investigations.Conduct delivery investigations.Identify and report violations of Company policies to your immediate supervisor.Prepare reports and document all Loss Prevention incidents accurately and timely.Secure evidence as per your jurisdictional specific requirements.Monitor CCTV System to detect incidents of dishonesty and violations of Store Policy.Conduct Worker's Compensation and Public Liability Accident Investigations.Initiate investigations of any dishonest or unethical activities to identify potential loss.Investigate, detain, and interview shoplifters.Appear as a witness in legal proceedings.Benefits / Compensation : Pay Range : $23 - $26 / hourComprehensive health, vision, & dental plans (full-time employees only)Paid Time OffReferral Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
