Job Summary
The COO will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health, operational efficiency, and high-quality resident care at Hollenbeck Palms. Key responsibilities include :
- Strategic Planning : Developing and implementing long-term strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
- Financial Management : Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue generation.
