Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers face-to-face in order to build lasting relationships and customer loyalty
- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers with the goal of driving sales and customer enrollment.
- Identify and resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize product knowledge to support sales efforts and facilitate new client acquisitions.
- Provide clients with personalized purchasing experiences and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to process orders and set installation dates.
- Document client information and ensure accurate purchase orders
- Work with fellow team members to achieve sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred.
- People-oriented, with a strong desire to build and nurture relationships.
- Charismatic and personable, facilitating positive interactions with team members.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, continually improving interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy towards client concerns.
