Landmark South Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager/Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll and all related functions (includes all functions within the Kronos system)
- Orientation of new employees
- Criminal Background Checks
- Nurse Registry Checks
- DSW
- OIG
- Maintain online Employee folders
- Group/Insurance Reconciliations
- Have working knowledge of Accounts Payable
- FMLA/Workers Comp
- Have working knowledge of Trust Fund
- Answer phones
Key Attributes required
- Communication skills - must be able to distinctly communicate with multiple departments, residents, family members and staff
- Organization - must be able to multitask and remain organized
- Time management - must have the initiative to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong clerical knowledge
- Ability to lead others in a supervisory capacity
Job Type: Full-time
