We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician Supervisor for our underground zinc operation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful region close to the Adirondack Mountains, Thousand Islands, and only a short drive from Canada. The successful candidate will lead our electrical team, ensuring safe and efficient operations both underground and on the surface.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage the electrical team, prioritizing daily tasks and coordinating work
- Inventory and order necessary materials and supplies for ongoing projects
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, including PLC panels, drives, motors, VFDs, transformers, pumps, and generators
- Work with various voltages (4-20 mA, 4160, 13.8 AC up to 480v, 5kva, DC)
- Assist the electrical team as needed for underground and surface tasks, including hoisting / crushing operations
