- LMCU is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Support Analyst who will provide administrative support to the Mortgage Division while assisting members in a courteous, professional, and confidential manner.
- Delivers initial loan estimate and revised loan estimate packages accurately and in a timely manner.
- Delivers initial closing disclosure and revised closing disclosure packages accurately and in a timely manner.
- Tracks delivered packages for signatures and follows up with LO teams.
- Monitors disclosure inbox and responds to emails with special requests/issues. These include rush requests, resending CDs, etc.
- Works with 3rd party vendors to assign workload of initial loan estimates and provide assistance when needed.
- Tracks new and existing tasks that arise in Empower throughout the day.
- Responsible for completing files according to TRID compliance guidelines.
- Three or more years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Prior experience working in the mortgage industry preferred.
