The Account Services Manager plays a pivotal role in driving success of our organization. This role is responsible for collaborating with Business Development to identify and pursue net new opportunities while managing the proposal process. The Client Services Manager works closely with Account Executives, Technical Services Managers, and Production Assistants to craft proposals that align with client expectations and strategic goals.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to :

  • Design and execute a comprehensive proposal process to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions.
  • Establish and maintain clear guidelines and workflows for proposal creation, approval, and delivery.
  • Monitor and refine proposal processes to align with evolving client and organizational needs.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Technical Services Managers, and Production Assistants to ensure proposals are tailored to client expectations.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication to incorporate technical, creative, and logistical input into proposals.
  • Ensure alignment of proposals with client goals, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to Account Executives and Production Assistants to foster professional growth and development.
  • Encourage a collaborative and inclusive team environment, leveraging the strengths of a diverse workforce.
  • Partner with Business Development to identify and prioritize net new opportunities.
  • Assist in strategizing and executing initiatives to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Maintain high standards for all proposal documents, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and brand alignment.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to confirm accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
  • Collaborate with teams to proactively identify opportunities to exceed client expectations.

Base Salary Range : Starting at $80,; Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
