The Project Coordinator assures that their assigned events and shows leave the warehouse complete, labeled and packaged correctly working with the Account Executives, Technical Services Directors, Equipment Logistics, Operation Discipline Managers and the Floor Manager to provide the client the best product possible.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to :
- Communicate with the Account Executives to determine any specific needs.
- Work with the Equipment Logistics Department to verify all items that are on the orders are correct.
- Coordinate and follow up with Discipline Department Managers to ensure completeness of order and timeliness of pile walks.
- Follow up with the Floor Manager to verify and track any incoming sub-rentals, transfers, and tight turns.
- Stay in constant communication with each discipline, insuring all items are pulled and labeled correctly.
- Verify Show Site details with the Account Executives, including dock details.
- Verify trucking details with the Floor Manager
- Walk the show contents with the Account Executive before the show gets loaded on delivery vehicles while ensuring that safety requirements are being met.
- Help call the truck pack, ensuring that it is loaded according to the show’s specific needs.
- As needed, travel to the show site to ensure all items arrive and are distributed as needed. Champion Quality Assurance of products and service.
Base Salary Range : $41,081 / yr - $60,879 / yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
