We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), Paras (Paraprofessionals), or Teacher Assistants. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing support in various settings such as their homes, schools, or educational facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in one-on-one interactions with children diagnosed with ASD.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
- Monitor and track the progress of each child.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
- RBT Certificate (Preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: New York, NY (Serving all 5 boroughs)
