Duties
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Monitor and document client progress and behaviors
- Provide support during daily activities, therapy sessions, and social interactions
- Assist clients in developing coping skills and positive behavioral strategies
- Ensure a safe and structured environment for clients
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with program guidelines
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, or a similar role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and observational skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations with patience and professionalism
- Familiarity with behavioral intervention techniques is a plus

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
