LMI seeks a skilled Intelligence Lead to support a CBP PMO in the National Capital Region. Responsibilities
Demonstrated strong managerial experience organizing, planning, directing, and managing contractor staff to ensure that program goals and objectives are met
- Foster positive working relationships with team, client personnel and leadership counterparts for intelligence management
- Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for program excecution.
- Lead the identification, selection and implementation of tool sets to support intelligence management functions.
- Consult with senior leadership, as needed, in support of the day-to-day operations.
- Provide required team leadership and guidance, overall program management vision.
- Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and execution.
