Responsibilities
- Demonstrated strong managerial experience organizing, planning, directing, and managing contractor staff to ensure that program goals and objectives are met
- Foster positive working relationships with team, client personnel and leadership counterparts for intelligence management
- Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for program excecution.
- Lead the identification, selection and implementation of tool sets to support intelligence management functions.
- Consult with senior leadership, as needed, in support of the day-to-day operations.
- Provide required team leadership and guidance, overall program management vision.
- Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, management, finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience supporting intelligence community programs. Support to CBP strongly desired
- Ability to effectively manage a large-scale project
- Ability to effectively gather and validate requirements
- Ability to effectively develop and review project schedules
- Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders orally and in writing
- Possess technical and business writing skills
- Possess the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong organizational skills to enable working with project teams, service providers and various stakeholders
- Possess strong time management skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to absorb and summarize complex issues toward resolution
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to collaborate well with others and build strong relationships
- An ability to receive a CBP Background Investigation is required.
