What You’ll Do
As Controller, you’ll lead the charge in building a world-class finance function that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. You’ll:
- Manage and optimize core accounting operations, including general ledger, payables/receivables, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Develop and execute financial plans in partnership with the CFO to support strategic growth objectives.
- Deliver actionable insights through accurate financial statements, variance analysis, and custom dashboards.
- Enhance internal controls and lead implementation of systems and process improvements to support scale.
- Contribute to M&A initiatives—performing financial modeling, due diligence, and supporting post-deal integration.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred).
- At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including 5 years in senior leadership.
- A background in high-growth environments—ideally within technology, IoT, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
- Strong command of GAAP, financial planning, forecasting, and internal control frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor) and advanced Excel or financial modeling tools.
- M&A experience, from financial modeling to integration support.
- A proactive, collaborative leadership style and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
