About the Company We are a well-established law firm with a strong presence in corporate law, real estate, finance, tax, litigation, and regulatory matters. Our team has extensive experience advising developers, contractors, financial institutions, and investors on complex construction and infrastructure projects , as well as handling disputes and regulatory matters. Roles and Responsibilities Draft and negotiate construction contracts, design agreements, and development agreements across various industry sectors. Draft and negotiate EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts for large infrastructure and energy projects. Advise clients on construction-related legal matters , including change orders, extra work claims, project delays, and construction defects. Assist in litigation and arbitration cases , including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, and hearings / trials. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local construction and development regulations . Work closely with developers, contractors, financial institutions, and public / private sector clients on complex construction matters. Job Requirements Education & Licensing JD from an accredited law school . Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Experience 2-3 years of experience in construction law. Background in construction contracts, real estate development, and construction-related dispute resolution . Familiarity with industry-standard agreements (e.g., AIA and similar forms). Strong negotiation, drafting, and advisory skills . Excellent research, problem-solving, and business judgment abilities . Nice to Have Experience in litigation or arbitration for construction disputes. Background in infrastructure, commercial real estate, or energy-related construction law .
