Proven success in scaling growth initiatives and building marketing strategies from the ground up.

Expertise in acquisition, conversion optimization, and user retention.

Experience in both self-serve and sales-led growth approaches.

Strong design sense and effective communication skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with technical products and developer-focused marketing.

Experience in video-centric marketing strategies.

Ability to create long-term, self-sustaining growth mechanisms.

Salary - $150k - $185k base salary, competitive equity
