In-Office Appointment Setter

LMK Recruiting is looking for a motivated and organized In-Office Appointment Setter to join our team in Woodbridge, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and ensuring a smooth communication process. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Contact potential customers through outbound calls and emails to generate interest in our home improvement services.
• Appointment Scheduling: Effectively schedule appointments for our sales representatives, ensuring optimal use of their time and resources.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system, tracking interactions and follow-ups.
• Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and remind potential customers of upcoming appointments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to the sales process.
• Reporting: Track and report on appointment metrics to help improve processes and achieve team goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications.
