What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Scheduler position at Seaview Orthopaedic and Medical Associates?
Looking for an individual that is a fast learner can multi-task and have exceptional customer service skills. Job duties consist of but are not limited to:
- Answer telephones, make appointments.
- Cover lunches and or breaks.
- Help out within the department as needed.
- Track/Change Doctors Schedules.
- Overflow of operator calls
