Data Analyst

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team.

Location: Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia

Job Description

The data analyst will analyze human performance data to drive insight, program evaluation, and readiness outcomes for US Air Force fighter aircrew. This role blends quantitative analysis, visualization, and collaborative problem-solving to support Optimizing the Human Weapon System (OHWS) mission objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct data mining, analysis, and interpretation.
• Create KPI dashboards and performance briefs.
• Collaborate with staff to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Implement secure data storage, processing, and reporting systems
• Other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2 years' experience data mining and/or 4 years' experience in analyst role.
• Must meet minimum requirements of DoDM 8140.03 Role 422 (Intermediate Level).

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Proficient in data visualization, metrics tracking, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of human performance and military operations.
• Clear communicator capable of simplifying complex data.
• Basic understanding of Human Performance programs (preferred).
